Our Consultant for a Day is a full-day workshop during which you will be introduced to the tools and skills used by our consultants in their day-to-day work for our clients. The workshop is hosted by CFO Service who helps enterprises handle unforeseen events that can occur in the different finance functions and areas that affect the role of a CFO.
The workshop will focus on data transformation in Excel and Power BI as well as financial reporting. In addition to the professional element, the event provides you with the opportunity to meet our consultants and learn more about what it means to build a career as a consultant. You will also meet other students who share your interests and be offered the opportunity to network across study programmes.
Our Consultant for a Day event is concluded by a group case, where all groups are given the opportunity to use the techniques and tools to which you have been introduced, and subsequently present the case to a panel of judges from PwC.
Upon completion of our Consultant for a Day, selected candidates will be invited to an interview about career opportunities at PwC’s CFO Service. Candidates may be employed either as part-time student assistants or full-time consultants in a graduate position at CFO Service. If hired, you will be assigned a host and a career coach who will help you settle in and develop personally as well as your career at PwC. The place of work may be either Aarhus or Hellerup.
